Our frist day in Singapore we ended up walking around Chinatown where we came across one of the biggest temples in Singapore. The building stands tall between other models skyscrapers.

As you walk in you are welcomed with a big incense bowl at the big entrance, into the temple. You can see the big buddha instantly surrounded by what seems to feel like 1000's of tiny buddhas. We came to the conclusion that each tiny buddha was either bought and/or represented but a family who placed it there or bought a spot. Each tiny buddha had a number so I'm sure many can easily find it.

Before we leave we choose to light some incense for good measure. Anthony took one for him while I asked E to grab one for me while I document it. What melts me is that the incense we grabbed for him and myself were stuck together. If that isn't a signs of our life then I don't know what is.

The Temple is 3 stories high and at the very top there is this beautiful peaceful garden where you can walk around and take in the peacefulness of life here at the temple. Your still surrounded by tiny buddhas.
