This week I was attending a 'wellness program' with work, where we looked at where and how we live. We looked at exercise, diet, mental health, womens health and lastly reflecting on how you see yourself. The presenter encouraged us to do this world know online test to see what our Strengths are and this is what I got.
Prior to this I never thought about myself in this way but seeing my top 5 made me really almost see myself how others might do.
